Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not qualify for a return or exchange if they have been opened, used, tampered with, or are not in their original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Refunds and replacements will only be processed once the returned product has been received and assessed. Natural Magnified Beauty reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund or replacement.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Products that are materially defective, damaged, or incorrect may qualify for a replacement or refund at the discretion of Natural Magnified Beauty.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
